Diatool – Easy-ZERO centring nut
The easy-ZERO nut for compensation and centring is the ideal solution to ensure Diatool reamers work best, ensuring tighter tolerances, lower roughness and longer tool life. Through a simple adjustment, it is possible to reduce and eliminate run-out and misalignment errors of the tool. This also means that it ispossible to compensate and cancel all the mistakes that can be tied to machine tools or mandrels without the need for costly interventions or purchase of new equipment.
Compatible with all tool holders that mount collets of the series ER DIN6499 (ISO 15488), it allows maximum process optimization by correcting concentricity errors. It can also be used with standard ER collets with and metal sealing collets according to the DIN 6499 (ISO 15488) standard.
Through the installation of the easy-ZERO compensation nut it is possible, with minimal expense and through trivial adjustments, to control the main dimensional and geometric tolerances, as well as ensure excellent surface finish:
